Cozy private room in a serene duplex house. Available now. I'm a male freelance filmmaker/photographer on the lookout for a male roommate.

Fully furnished with a desk and a full-size bed (similar to the set-up in the photo).

Looking for a chill and conscientious male roommate who appreciates the tranquility of a clean and quiet home, making it an ideal spot for introverts. Huge plus if you’re cool with a clothing optional home but not a requirement.

🛑 No smoking or drugs. Sorry, no pets allowed.

I’m cool with having a friend over now and then, but if you’re on the lookout for a spot to have parties or entertain your significant other, this might not be the perfect match. I’d really appreciate it if you’re not planning on having overnight guests or frequent visitors.

💵 Rent:

$1220 plus utilities (electric and WiFi)
Security deposit is $1220 and is required upfront to hold your space.

We will split the cost of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc.

The first 3 months will serve as a trial period, and afterward, it's month-to-month. I have a strong preference for someone who intends to stay long-term.
