Willamsburg 1BR Sublet

Hello - I'm looking to sublet my 1BR apartment for a few weeks beginning February 13th to February 26th. Rent is prorated. The place is great for the price and considering you have it ALL to yourself! You have three rooms- bedroom, TV/living room (I also use as my office/music studio), and kitchen. The apartment comes furnished. I've got everything you need to be able to cook. There's a new Nespresso machine for coffee and hot water boiler for tea.

The apartment does not have a dish washer or laundry, however there is a laundromat 30 second walk away which is super convenient.
