3 Bed with room for rent

Our roommate is moving out at the end of sept and we are looking for a new roommate to fill the room for the remander of the lease in mid November. We also are going to extend the lease until the end of June so staying until then is a prefered option. The previous roomate is also willing to sell the current furniture if that is of interest which includes a mattress, sheets, small drawers, a bean bag bag and a mirror. The apartment is spacious with 1 and 1/2 baths. The room for rent has a private balcony attached to the room with a/c and heat available too. There is in building laundry as well and roof access with a beautiful view of manhattan. Apartment also includes a full kitchen and is on the third floor. We're looking for preferably another student, I go to the new school and the other roommate attends pace university. Let us know if you have any interest!
