There are four full bathrooms for the six bedrooms, so there’s no need to worry about fighting for showers. The space is arranged around the bright and friendly common area, which is massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment.

This coliving space is located in the heart of Williamsburg, one of New York City’s most desirable locations, and within walking distance of the popular neighborhoods of East Williamsburg and Bushwick.

The Montrose Williamsburg House is a 5-minute walk to the Lorimer St. stop on the J and M trains, a 5-minute walk to the Montrose Ave. stop on the L train and a 6-minute walk to the Broadway stop on the G train. You can be in the Lower East Side in only 19 minutes.

THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE

We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture we used only the best suppliers and materials, from real wooden surfaces to sleek countertops.
