Room available for sublet in adorable apartment in East Williamsburg beginning March 1st or 15th! Epic find! Our third roommate is moving out, so looking for someone to fill her spot. A little about the apartment:

-laundry in the building
-5 minute walk to Montrose or 3 minute to the Morgan off the L, 10 minute walk to Flushing off the M/J
-Unfurnished bedroom
-No Pets
-No couples please
About us: We are women, both young professionals and are looking forward to sharing our cozy apartment with a third roommate. We are super clean, laid back and outgoing. Ideally we would want someone for a few months but short term will also be considered. NO GUARANTORS NEEDED, we got that covered. First months rent plus one month security.
