The rent is $2,574 a month, and utilities range from $50-$150 a month depending on electricity usage. For the right person, I am willing to negotiate on rent :)
The room is the larger bedroom in a 2bed/2bath in East Williamsburg, and it’s a ~3 minute walk from the Grand L stop. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It will be furnished, and the apartment is north facing and gets lots of natural light! You would be living with my current roommate, Sarah, who is a 29-year old professional working in education.
The apartment has in-unit laundry and a dishwasher!
