One room available in a cozy, unique cottage in East Williamsburg close to the Montrose L train from now until the end of July 2024.
The cottage has its direct private hallway entrance from the street, and has private access to our enclosed front yard. The room comes partially furnished with a bed, a small table and a dresser. (Although it can come unfurnished if necessary.)
We have a cozy kitchen, a living room, and dedicated basement storage space.
The roommate, a guy in his early 30s, works for a NGO and in the music industry. He is a personable, kind, chill, responsible roommate who is looking for the same. Ideally looking for a roommate that does not work from home.
This is a three month lease, with the possibility to extend. Income verification and credit check required.
