The neighborhood is the best with all the nice restaurants, bars and Nightclubs within a block.
The grocery and L train Graham station is around the corner.
Manhattan is 5-6 min away with the L train.
We are looking for a responsible and positive person like we are. We also have small friendly dog and cat living with us.
The best move-in dates are June 1st. I can do a video tour or visit.
