Room available has tons of closets and natural light, especially in the afternoon as it faces West. The apartment is 1600 sq feet and is 2.5 blocks from Prospect Park and Parade Ground, 1 block from Cortelyou, and 7 minutes from two subways stops. Subway Q and B (Church and Beverly stops) are 2 blocks away. Apartment is on the top floor (6th) and has a great view. It's on the 6th floor of an elevator building. The kitchen is huge and great for cooking and has beautiful granite counters. All appliances are new: fridge, oven, dishwasher, counters. The bathrooms are remodeled and the entire place has bamboo wood flooring. There is a LG washer/dryer combo in the apartment. There are plenty of closets and storage spaces. Water and heat are included. Utilities are wifi, electricity, and gas.

My name is Christian and I live in the apartment. Moved to NYC from the bay area 10 years ago. I've lived in many parts of Brooklyn, but I've lived here for 4 years. It's a must see!!!
