*Most utilities are included in price. There is a monthly cleaning fee & supplies that we ask all housemates to contribute to (no more than $50 per month.)
*Pricing for couples +$800 to listed price.
*Bedroom is located on the second floor, assigned bathroom is on the first floor.

ABOUT US: My wife and I are F&B consultants & event producers. I’m a trained chef and my partner has worked in the hospitality industry for several years. We have one other housemate that we love and barely see, lol. We mostly work from home and on occasion we travel for work.
Home is our safe space. We have minimal company over and entertain mostly in our backyard. And on occasion, we love to throw a good dinner party. It is a very spacious home, overall quiet and chill vibes. Great space if you work or study from home. If you’re looking for a party house, this isn’t it.
What we’re looking for: Allies of POC and queer creatives like ourselves! Responsible, pays rent on time, treats this old home with love & care, very clean, takes initiative without being asked, chips in for house supplies & maintenance, and has great communication skills. Unfortunately NO CATS due to allergies, sorry.
