Hello! My name is Aaron Kim and I'm moving out of Flatbush very soon, April 14th.
Me and my roommate Abraham are looking for a temporary tenant from May to July before he has a permanent roommate that will be moving in with him in July.
There is some flexibility with when Abe's roommate would like to move in July. We are just looking for a tenant to help fill the lease for two months. A bed is included with all utilities also! Laundry is also included however, there is restricted access depending on the day of the week.
This location is beautiful, safe, and convenient. The Q train is not even a 5 minute walk from the place and everything you need is right around the corner along Cortelyou Road. The commute into lower Manhattan can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the location. I work at the Plaza Hotel often which is right under central park and it takes about 45 minutes by taking the NQRW trains.
