Hi All! I'm subletting my entire spacious and sunny 1 br apt, either short (weekly) or long term (up to a year). The bedroom is fully furnished and the living room is sparsely furnished. There's great heat in the winter, and a new a/c for the summer months. Nearby is a cool health food grocery store, lots of great restaurants and shops, and a nice library too.
