The bathroom is in the middle of the layout. South side has a room with sundrenched windows and a kitchen with like new appliances, dishwasher and a RO water filter. Kitchen window overlooks the backyard.

About the neighborhood:
Supermarket is 3 block away. Transportation is Q on one side and 2/5 on the other. I prefer to bike, there is a citibike station across the street and Bedford Ave is a bike superhighway. Flatbush food coop is great, no volunteering necessary. Kings theatre is 5 blocks away. Sycamore bar and flower shop has great beer and young crowd. Lots of great restaurants on Cortelyou Rd., 10 minute walk to the West or up North in PLG.

Fine print:
This is a three story house and this apartment is the top floor. The place has been renovated but it's still an intimate place and you need to have consideration for others. This is a fully separate apartment but you must be able to get along with other tenants. Must have common sense, no slamming doors, no stomping on the floor in the middle of the night. Must be considerate and be able to work together to make the best of this place.
