Availability: July 15th or August 1st - September 30 or lease takeover

I’m sad to leave this wonderful home, but my roommate is moving in with her partner, and I can't afford the rent on my own. Ideally, the apartment would be perfect for one person or a couple. The smaller room can be used as a bedroom; we did it and it worked great.
