Fully Furnished Short Stay

Looking for a short stay between homes but not looking for hotel prices? I'm an Australian / US dual citizen and have been living in the states for 11 years. I tend to have a lot of visitors, which is why I am only looking for short term stays.

This is a luxury building, and a fully furnished room. Queen size sofa bed, with clean linen and towels provided. There is a closet and space in the chest of drawers for storage. All utilities and internet access included. Washer and Dryer is also in unit and available for use. No pets, and Non-smoking.
There is a bar downstairs in the building.

Excellent transport links. Short walk to: 2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R/G/C trains.

I am a professional non-smoking female working in Soho 3-4 days a week. I'm clean and tidy and prefer guests to be the same.
$750/wk or $2500/mth (max stay one month).
