I own a large two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in which I reside alone. The apartment is located right by almost every subway line N/R/Q/B/D, A/C/E and 2/3.
Apartment is located in University Towers in Fort Greene/Downtown Brooklyn, one block away from Fort Greene Park. My apartment is gorgeous with amazing furniture and appliances, including a new dishwasher. Laundry room is on the premises.
The coop has 24 hour security, fitness center, a package room, outdoor grilling area, and onsite parking. No pets, couples, or children.
The spare bedroom, which would be yours, has its own private bathroom and plenty of closet space. It is also quite large, and has an in wall air conditioner already installed. The room is currently lightly furnished, but I don't mind removing the furniture that is currently there.
I have a 75 inch state of the art Sony TV replete with a surround sound system and a PlayStation 5. Also, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining alcove, as well as an eating counter.
I'm a Manhattan native who works as an analyst for the NYC Government.
I am an avid reader, an exceptional cook, and an outgoing sociable guy. With my spare time, I hang out with friends, watch TV, go to restaurants and bars. I'd prefer someone who is friendly, but I don't mind if you prefer to keep to yourself.
