3rd floor walk up brownstone, Well sized 10x8 private furnished br w/air conditioner, Full sized bed (it can fit a queen snugly), large closet in room and additional closet in hall in addition designated for you (tho that is where the small air conditioner for that room will be stored in the cooler months if you want it out of the window. in 2br apt, Near everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) 1550 $ mo. all included

Greenspaces- Across the street from a cute park and a community garden around the corner, famous Ft. Greene park less than 10 min walk away and one of the most tree lined and beautiful neighborhoods to walk through in all of NYC!

Transportation-12 min train ride to Manhattan! C train Lafayette ave one block away from apt, G train a 5 min walk. 8-10 min walk to Atlantic Ave-Barclay's center station D, N,Q, R,2,3,4,5 and LIRR, BAM, Theatre for a new audience. 20 min walk or 10 min bus ride to Pratt. 4 bus lines within one block of apt, Easy access to Downtown Bklyn, City Walk, Dekalb Market, Trader Joe's, Bklyn Pier, Bklyn Navy Yard, Prospect Heights, BoCoCo.

Me- late 30's gay dude born and raised Brooklynite! Super friendly but kinda does my own thing. Straight friendly! (just don't be so in your face about it ;-D ) Work from home reg working hrs. Great cook and have been known to offer some good food stuffs to my roomie! Vegetarian and Vegan friendly tho I do eat meat myself and cookware is and must be dual usage. Will also toss a good natured Dad joke/pun from 40 yards away with no warning so be prepared.

You -No pets allowed (tho I love animals, especially doggos and puppers),
-No smoking or smokers of ANY kind or any substance (That smell is too much). You wanna be high off gummies and brownies and stuff?
No prob, I get it and I'm with it, it's just the smell of smoked stuff I can't deal with (aside from salmon or ribs or a well seared steak or burger ha ha!)
-No couples (y'all can fight and break up in your own space),
-No work from home as I already work from home and the place ain't that big. Good for folks who work in hospitality or restaurants but not party animals fueled by blow and regrets.

-Proof of employment required (3 recent pay stubs).
Min 6 month agreement and willing to do a 1 yr agreement. 1st month and 1 month deposit required for keys and move in. Deposit required for me to hold apt until move in day. Can move in June 25th if need be (share of rent will be prorated), whatever works for you. Looking forward to meeting you!
