NO closet (last tenant had a wardrobe unit). 1 bathroom shared with roommate (me). Nice building, friendly neighbors. Newly moved into, so the apartment is still being organized. Common space is on the smaller end. Will likely remove the couch and create a dining space in the kitchen/living room. Open to suggestions.

Near many great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and groceries. Whole Foods, Citibike, and more nearby. 1 block from Blink gym. 1 block from Park Slope.

TRANSPORTATION:
1 block from the Union St. R train (transfer at Barclays for the 2, 3, 4, 5, D, N, Q. Transfer at Jay St. for the A, C, F).
13 minute walk to the Carrol St. G and F trains.

I am a (30 M) freelance video producer and editor. Lover of movies. I work from home so ideally I am looking for someone who does not, as the common space in the apartment is fairly small. Clean, quiet, respectful, friendly.
