Room for sublet/long-term in Gowanus/Cobble Hill

Looking for someone to take over lease, available starting June 13, in this modern and cute apartment!

Location: Gowanus, bordering Cobble Hill + Boerum Hill. Plenty of restaurants in the area and nearby subway access to F/G trains. Very convenient location!

Apartment: 3br/2ba. Shared kitchen + living room. In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Second floor apartment. Private patio access. Modern and renovated with no issues with pests.

Time frame: Mainly looking for someone to sublet from June 13 - July 31. The other roommates will be moving out as well within a similar time frame (due to life changes), so lease can potentially be renewed in August if you can find two others.

The room: Each room has its own A/C + heat. Cozy size- will fit a full bed and a small desk and dresser. Can come unfurnished or semi-furnished with bed frame + desk. Comes with a good sized closet.

The roommates: Two other female professional roommates who are quiet and clean (and hardly ever in the apartment!) + a super friendly senior cat. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other.

Rent: $1450 (prorated for June), utilities/wifi not included (typically runs about $50-100 total per month).

Pets: We would ideally not want another pet until August (when the roommate with the senior cat moves out, and the lease is up)!
