Small room available near McCarren park

Looking to fill a small room in my Greenpoint apartment available asap. It’s a very small room but the ceilings are high and there is a small space outside of the room to put a desk. The Apartment is located one block from McCarren Park and a couple of blocks from McGolrick park on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint. The neighborhood is amazing with access to both the G and L trains. Tons of local restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.

The room is 1,000 a month, utilities are not included and run around 70 a month each (WiFi, electricity, and gas).

You would be living with my roommate Vasaris, myself, and my two cats Buckley and Ru. The safety of the cats is my biggest priority. They are the cutest boys, but they would not survive in the wild lol.

I am a stained glass artist and I spend most of my time in my room working. Vasaris is a carpenter and spends a lot of his time away from the apartment.

I like to keep things tidy but not obsessively, it’s more about aesthetic and respect of common spaces 💜.
Buckley and Ru are very laid back and spend most of their time hanging out in my room but every once in a while you will see Ru darting through the living room at full speed.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and I really do love it. I know whoever moves in will also fall in love with the apartment and neighborhood.
