-plus an office room (used as the living room)

-In unit laundry and Central AC/ heat
-Kitchen has updated appliances, gas range stove and oven, stainless steel fridge, no dishwasher.
-2 floor walk up and away from street level noise. Only 3 apartments total in the building.
-Shared roof access.
The current lease is until August 30th. You will have a chance to extend for a full year at the April move in or wait and resign for September 1st cycle.
