Greenpoint Sublet

I'm currently looking for someone to sublet my roommate's room in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, starting from April 15th until the end of June. You'll be sharing the space with me and my two adorable cats. I'm in my late-20s and am looking for someone friendly, tidy, and laid-back.

The apartment is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the G Nassau subway station, surrounded by multiple parks, bars/restaurants, and grocery stores.

There aren't any photos of the furnished space just yet because I won't be moving in until the 15th. This is a short-term sublet as Paula will be moving in July but furnishings will be there sooner! There is also an in-unit washer/dryer, central A/C, and a great kitchen with ample cabinet space. The rooms are generously sized and come with plenty of closet space.

Your room would be the Master Bedroom in the 2br2b with your own private bathroom. Rent for is $1950 per month, with additional monthly payments for electricity and WIFI.
