Beautiful Room in Greenpoint

I’m subrenting my room in Greenpoint Brooklyn for the month of july and august.
The subtenant will have their own big bathroom with a bathtub, cute room with a wardrobe. The shared kitchen and living room is beautiful with a lot of light fixtures and sunlight.
Have access to private rooftop , i love to do yoga and workouts in the morning.
The view is straight to Manhattan; absolutely gorgeous.
We also have washer and dryer in the building which is a great plus for New York city.
The place is in a modern apartment building close GreenPoint avenue G train stop.
I love the area because it’s close to the pier, always a great run. Has access to a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops , grocery shops and local cinema, yoga studios.
I’m going back to Mongolia for the summer so need a subtenant while I’m away.
My flatmate is very clean, chill and respectful 40 yo French man who was born and raised in the USA. We require the subtenant to be clean and respectful.
