The apartment is located on the first floor on a quiet, residential street. Hardwood floors, lots of windows, new appliances. The apartment is fully-furnished with a queen bed, desk/office area (with great wifi!), sofa, tv, dining table, and breakfast/bar table in the kitchen.
The space has a very peaceful vibe and stylish aesthetic.
There will be a cat in the apartment during your stay. He's friendly and low-maintenance. I will be happy to have a neighbor come by to feed him daily and to change the litter once a week unless the guest is would prefer not to have the interruption. I am willing to compromise on the rental price if the guest helps with the cat during their stay.
