- Grocery store right downstairs

- Two females in their mid 20s & early 30s
- One works from home and one works in office, both very kind and chill people!
- My roommate has a cute, hypoallergenic cat 🐱 too
Must be able to provide all the right paperwork (proof of income, good credit score, and landlord asks for guarantor)
