Great Room in Greenpoint

I’m looking for a roommate to share my sunny, quiet, clean apartment in Greenpoint. I live here with my cat, who is very sweet.

• Railroad apartment but a separate entrance in my room so I don’t have to go through yours
• The room fits a queen size bed and comes with a large closet - this is the only storage available as there aren’t any other closets or spaces in the rest of the house (The daybed in the picture will be removed and put in the living room - some furniture is in transition)
• 5 min walk to both McCarren and McGolrick Park
• 10 min walk to the Graham L and the Nassau G
• $40 to split the wi-fi
• all other utilities (gas and electric) are included unless there is a significant increase after you move in
