Hello y'all, my name is Andrada, and I am a successful former Airbnb host impacted by the new NYC short housing regulations. I am now looking to fill all my private rooms starting August 1st. This is a higher-end design within a concept of living; we feature an immaculate space with a sanctuary feel. Each room will be sharing the bathroom with two other rooms. I am open to considering a potential couple if we are a good fit and for a price adjustment. Utilities/internet are included except for electricity.
