Room available on the second floor of a beautiful house between the Church Avenue F/G and the Beverley Road Q. A slightly longer walk to the Church Avenue B.

About us:
We are four queer, quiet people looking for a fifth to share our cozy space with. We love plants and projects, and are always happy to help each other make the space a home for everyone.

About the space:

1BR in a 5BR complex, 12x9 space. Room is $950 -- First month + Security required. Partial payment is okay. Utilities not included.
2 Fridges, 2 full bathrooms, and two separate wings in the house.
Some storage available in the living area, but not much!
Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood a comfortable (ten minutes or less) walk from the Q, F, and G.
Close to cute cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry, the post office, etc. A short walk to the Parade Grounds and Prospect Park.

What we want from you:

Queer friendly -- this house is a safe space.
No smoking indoors -- we have a lovely patio for that :)
No pets -- Sorry!

MONTH TO MONTH sublet. Tenant at will. We prefer a minimum 4-6 month stay, but we are okay with students and shorter timelines as long as they're communicated!

Move in requirements:
Rent is $950. Deposit/Security is $950. You will pay $1900 on move-in, which is first month's rent and security.
Head tenant requests that you show at least $3000 in savings, and requests that you are comfortable sharing that information.
Head tenant requests that you come visit the house and fall in love with the space in person! :)
