Looking for someone to take over the main bedroom and full office of a gorgeous, spacious house in the Midwood/Madison area of Brooklyn.

You’ll be living on the top two floors (the basement is its own unit with a private entrance and has tenants). First floor is suuuuper spacious, with a large living room, dining room, and gorgeous galley kitchen with tons of counter space. A big, beautiful back deck is at your disposal as well.

The main bedroom is huge and has two enormous closets: one is built in, and one was added and can be removed if desired. It can definitely fit as large as a King size bed along with other furniture. If you like to work out at home, this is the bedroom for you. I do dance classes in my bedroom very comfortably, it is that spacious. There are three large windows, so it gets plenty of natural light.

The office is a proper full, private office (and was once previously used as a tiny bedroom, to give you an idea of size). There’s one large window in there as well as a smaller window with stained glass for show.

You’d be living with: Rose, 30s, single, a very considerate roommate and a passionate baker who likes to share the treats I make.

PETS: I know smaller pets are welcome! Larger dogs TBD.

MOVE-IN DATE: flexible starting as early as now and as late as July 1st.

The only utility we pay for is electricity; our landlords cover Wifi/cable and anything else.
