Looking for a short term roommate.

Single room in a recently renovated three bed one bath. Lease is until the 1st of September, so only a 2.5-3 month lease, but open to longer lease if things work out. Located 2 minute walk from the Atlantic L stop, and about 8 minute walk from broadway junction A, C, J, and L. The space is small, but we do our best to keep it neat and tidy. Looking for someone who respectful of the shared space. We both work a lot during the day, and are usually around in the evening.
