The apartment has 2 full baths with windows, one upstairs and one downstairs, washer/dryer in unit, spacious kitchen with dishwasher and 2 windows, and large living/dining area. The apartment is well maintained with new appliances and hardwood floors.

5 min walk to Ralph C, 12 minute walk to Utica A/C and 15 min walk to Halsey J.

Our street is treelined and fairly quiet, + close to several delis / cafes / grocery stores.

About the rooms:

[TAKEN] Bedroom A ($1900) - This room is HUGE, it is 11'-6" x 25'-10". It is south-facing and includes a generous closet. Easily fits a queen bed, desk, dresser, and even a couch if you'd like. The size of this room is practically the size of a studio. This room also has a flexible move in date starting June 15.

Bedroom B ($1800) - This is a more unique room proposal - the price includes for two rooms, a bedroom and an office. The bedroom is 11'-1" x 13'-1" and the office is 7'-4" x 12'-2". The bedroom has north-facing windows and the office has south-facing windows. This is a great set up for someone looking for an art studio or home office to work from home!

About me:
M (she/they) — I am a 29 y/o freelance designer. I mostly work from home or from my favorite coffee shops in the area (there are many to choose from ^_^). In my free time I am baking or cooking, glass blowing, collaging, or walking around. I sometimes host friends for cooking or baking projects but generally keep things pretty low-key and quiet.

I'm looking for people who are kind, considerate, and can clean up after themselves. I occasionally host small get togethers or dinner parties and you would be welcome to do the same! I'm close friends with the neighbors who live below us, and on good terms with the landlords.

POC preferred, prefer folks closer to 30 as well.
