I am looking to share an apartment and am looking for a FEMALE only.
The roommate would reside in a nice sized bedroom. It is furnished with bed & dresser, couch and shelves. You have your own closet. The rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. The bathroom is next to your room, then the eat in kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge etc., then my room. It is set up so you would have perfect privacy to come & go as you please.

I have 2 beautiful medium sized cats who are like family. I am looking for someone that has no problem allowing them in her room. My past roomie kept her door ajar to allow for them to roam.

There is a separate laundry area in the building with washing machines that are a few years old. There is an elevator in the building also! All the common areas in the building, stairs, laundry room, elevator as well as the outside area, stoop etc are kept very clean. The bushes are always well trimmed. There is a park a half a block away and the path along Ocean Parkway is also a short block away.

Apartment is 7 minutes or 1.8 miles from Brooklyn College. It is also near Medgar Evers College, The City University of New York and Kingsborough Community College.

I own 2 medium sized cats who are very calm, sweet and friendly .

I am a non smoker.

The building is clean, quiet and resides in a very safe area right off Ocean Parkway. There is a private park 1 short block away. The area is very bikeable, walkable and transit is excellent with many buses running all around this area. The F and Q trains are readily available too.

This room is also great for students as I reside a few blocks from the bus that goes directly to Brooklyn College.
