Hey all - I'm looking for a roommate (pets also welcome!) to rent a room in my apartment in Park Slope. Aiming for a Feb 27 start date. Rent is month to month (no lease!)

The bedroom that's available is 10x14 ft and semi-furnished. Comes with a bed, two bookcases, a bedside table, and a closet. The living room and kitchen are spacious and recently refurbished (kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dishwasher), The living room is beautiful and brings in lots of light! There's office space for wfh in the living room, as well as a TV with all the essential streaming services.

The neighborhood really couldn't be better - the building is 2 blocks from Prospect Park. No in-house laundry but there is a laundry place literally steps away. I've lived in the building for 2 years and really, really love it.

I'm a 26M professional working in ad sales. I like watching movies, running, and cooking. Looking for a roommate who is nice, clean, and who can join me at the local bar for happy hour once in a while.

Rent would be $1,900 not including utilities (utilities are approx. $90). Let me know if you're interested!
