South Park Slope for Spring and Summer!

AVAILABLE! I am moving for a job opportunity and looking to sublease my room!

THE SPACE: is about 700-800 square feet total. We're on the 3rd floor (walk-up) of a 6 unit building. There is access to an unfinished roof and small building courtyard. There is a shared bathroom by the apartment’s entrance, then a communal living room and kitchen space, then two private bedrooms. The common areas are somewhat furnished, but will have room for your items once I move my stuff out. It is not a new building, there are some quirks, but the apartment is renovated and kept clean. Management is responsive to requests. We're near the F and G trains (15th St Prospect Park subway station), Prospect Park (Bartel-Pritchard Square entrance), and Greenwood Cemetery (Prospect Park West entrance).

YOUR ROOM: will be the smaller bedroom (BED 1). Your roommate has the larger room (BED 2). The bedrooms face NW and get sun. You have one standard window and decently sized closet. The room is approximately 8 foot by 13 foot. It is unfurnished.

RENT: is $1250 per month. Heat and hot water are included in monthly rent. Other utilities are about $50 a month per person. A $1250 security deposit will be due at signing, along with the first month’s rent or prorated first month’s rent.

YOUR STAY: can start ASAP. Beginning to mid April move-in is preferred. Move-in before April 1st will be considered. April 30th is the latest possible move-in date. The apartment’s year lease ends August 31st. If you are looking to sublease for about 4.5 months-that's perfect!

YOUR ROOMMATE: is 23, female. She is friendly, accepting, and responsible. She works in-person full-time and enjoys having friends over in her down time.

YOU: must be female or non-binary identifying, 20-30 years old, a non-smoker (cigarette), respectful, responsible, and clean. No pets and no couples.
