Hi there! Looking to sublet my apartment this summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day (but dates are flexible). Would be open to subletting for September as well. Place is fully furnished and comes with a really awesome roommate.

- Large bedroom with 4 nice windows, a futon, and a sit/stand desk
- Second floor walk-up
- Located in Park Slope, 15 minute walk from the park
- 3 minutes from the R train and a 10 minute walk to Atlantic/Barclays
- Outside terrace/deck accessible from roommate’s bedroom
- Rent is $1,800 + utilities
