I’m moving abroad, so this flat can be furnished (including AC unit). It’s 3bed - 1bath on 3rd floor facing away from the street so nice and quiet. You’ll have one other super nice roommate (Male, 26, works in music) and very friendly neighbors; not set in stone, but ideally looking for people in mid 20s to late 20s. The apartment is next to amazing restaurants and bars, as well as being well connected to the city.
Rent is $1,775pm and you’ll actually have TWO rooms so perfect for your home office with a spare bed for guests! The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the spare has a twin.
