Room:
A large, triangular bedroom measuring 153ft^2 with a closet that's about 2ft x 3ft x 10ft and access to the fire escape. Farthest from the kitchen, but closest to the bathroom.

Apartment:
The overall apartment is a 2.5bd/1ba, meaning that there's an extra room that is not legally a bedroom because the window has been blocked off. I am planning on turning this into a common room, but it could be used for storage or possibly converted into an office for an addition to the rent. There is an IN-UNIT washer/dryer as well as a dishwasher. The other bedroom is on the far end of the apartment, on the other side of the bathroom.

The apartment itself is located a couple of blocks from the Barclays Center. There are so many small and large shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the Brooklyn Central Library and Prospect Park. This is a great location, to say the least.

Myself:
I work remotely, so I may be working in my bedroom some days or I'll be out of the house. I personally don't mind if you also work from home. I like to keep the common areas clean and have a regular cleaning schedule. I do often play music, but sound shouldn't carry to your room.
