The apartment is a 3.5bedroom/1.5 bath. The entire space is over 1500+ sq feet. I'm subletting one room for a flexible period of time. The room is large, has two built in spacious closets and can fit a king-size bed + additional furniture and still have room to spare. The room will be furnished. It also can be unfurnished if preferred.

The Neighborhood/Building:

Two blocks south of Prospect Park, 5 minutes away from the Q/B train, 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan. It's a lively neighborhood; with restaurants/cafes, cheap eats, poultry/fish markets, grocery stores and bars,
