Looking for someone to take a room and join us on the lease in our awesome, sunny 3 bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.

RENT: $1199 + ~$50/month utilities
LEASE: March 1, 2023 - October 2023 sublease
MOVE IN: Earliest Feb 25, latest March 1, One month’s rent security deposit
ROOM DIMENSIONS: 7.5 x 14.5 feet, ideal fit for a full size bed but can fit a queen, can fit a desk and more as well. Mattress is up for grabs.

12 minute walk to Prospect Park and the Prospect Park B/Q/S subway stop
10 minute walk to Sterling St & Winthrop 2/5 subway stop
Laundry and dishwasher in unit! 1.5 bath. Lots of closet/cabinet/storage space.
