Cozy room in PLG!

Cozy room is available in our three-bedroom apartment located on the second floor of an elegant pre-war home. The room hosts a built-in closet and wooden loft bunk for the bed, leaving plenty of space below for a desk, couch, etc.! Fills with plenty of natural light from one tall window that faces a quiet neighborhood street lined with trees. The apartment has skylights, a spacious living room, hardwood floors throughout, and gorgeous stained glass windows. Accessible by stairs only. 

The rent listed INCLUDES internet, heat, water, and a bi-weekly CLEANING SERVICE split between the 3 of us. Utilities are paid separately and run around $50/month. We are 4 blocks from the 2 & 5 trains and about 3 blocks to Prospect Park and the Q/B/S line. There's a laundromat on the corner of our street and multiple grocery stores as close as 4 blocks away. 

We are two friendly female professionals and homebodies who work full time with hybrid schedules. We are looking for someone who is friendly, mindful/considerate of the space, likes to keep a cozy, quiet atmosphere and doesn’t bring the party home. Our main priorities are cleanliness and having a friendly dynamic in the space. We try to keep the apartment a respectful and relaxing place for us and all our lovely plants. :)
