My roommate and I are currently seeking two subleasers for our spacious Brooklyn apartment (2 queen-sized rooms) located in the Flatbush area (or PLG). We're located in a very convenient spot — we're just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Prospect Park, and a mere 1-minute stroll to the 2/5 station. Plus, the Q station is only a 15-minute walk away. The rent would be $1168.00 per person not including utilities, though water is included.
Our apartment comes fully equipped with a washer and dryer in-unit, ample sunlight streaming through large windows, and we've got you covered with a TV and other furnishings. You'll be living with a third roommate, a couple in the third room. We're eager to find subleasers to move in as soon as possible, ideally starting on March 5th.
