The apartment is in a great location; across the street from parade grounds (tennis, horse stables), across from prospect park (lakeside, near roller/ice skating rink), one block walk from the express B, Q church ave stop which is less than 30min from the city; and near a diverse array of shops, restaurants, and bars.

Must have proof of steady employment, good credit.

1st month and security required.

Laundromat in the building.

Bathroom is cleaned weekly by cleaning company at no extra cost to you.

Air conditioner in room and installed during summer months

Bike storage provided by management.

Dogs are welcomed, Sorry, no cats.
