The apt. is a 3 bed with 2 bathrooms (you would share the second bathroom with one other). Apt has a balcony, hardwood floors, A/C, high-speed internet, wifi, TV, Roku, dishwasher, washer/dryer in basement. The bedroom has a full-size bed, closet, shelves, desk, and chair. Quiet tree-lined block near parks, shops, restaurants, Industry City, transport (R and N train at 45th St., D express at 36th St., B 63 bus.)
We are an easy-going, liberal couple working mostly in the non-profit sector. Our interests include reading, philosophy, spirituality, film, music, art, travel, nature, walking, and yoga. We are seasoned roommates and keep our home clean and tidy; we only ask that you do the same.
