Hello, I am a 32 yr old professional looking to fill out the 4th bedroom in my 4/1 apartment in Sunset Park.
Your bedroom is quite large, it comes fully furnished as seen in pictures, with a full-size bed, wardrobe, desk, minifridge, AC unit, and a smart TV. There is plenty of storage under the bed (drawers) and bins hooked on the walls. There are two large windows facing the street with tons of natural light.

The apartment is modern, conveniently located in a safe area in Sunset Park, literally steps away from 59th street N or R trains express subway station and close to the Sunset Park Pier for ferry easy access. There is a 24hrs deli right in the corner, as well as a 24hr Rite Aid a block away. There are plenty of Latin restaurants around and Chinatown is 10 min away from walking. $1200 per month plus electricity (gas and internet is included)

There is a common small living room space as well as a spacious dining/kitchen area with a fully equipped clean kitchen. All utilities are included with the exception of electricity.
I am looking for someone that keeps the space as clean as possible being respectful towards the other roommates :)
