Big room that can fit a queen bed plus all of your stuff in a larger apartment in Sunset Park/Greenwood Heights.
Apartment on second floor above a laundromat, gets lots of light, and is just a short walk to 36th street NRD, Industrial City, and Park Slope. 30 mins to Union Square on the express train.
I try to keep a clean common space but am not bothered by a few dishes sitting in the sink for a day (a week does bother me though) and I am looking for someone that has the same mentality.
I am cool to hang out but ok if we are just roommates.
