Female roommate needed

Hi everyone. I am currently looking for a new female roommate for my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The apartment is located within a short walking distance to 59th street N/R train station in Sunset Park Brooklyn. The apartment is close to many grocery stores and restaurants. The bedroom is large enough to fit a full or queen size bed. It also has a closet and large ceiling fan. There is air conditioning in the living room. An AC could be installed in the bedroom. The rent is 900 dollars plus half the electric bill. I need someone who is responsible and reliable. Although I will prefer someone who can stay long term, I will consider someone who is looking for a 3 month sublease. The bedroom is available now.
