Sunny King-Size Room in 1000 sq ft 2BR Apt

I'm looking for a responsible and cool roommate to take over the 2nd bedroom in my 2-bedroom Williamsburg apartment. My current roommate is moving in with her fiance.

The apartment is large, 1000 square feet, with windows in every room including the bathroom.

The bedroom is a nice size, 11' 1" by 9'6" plus an entryway, and has a south-facing window that gets unobstructed sunlight all day. It's unfurnished.

We have super-fast Verizon FiOS internet, which is amazing after suffering through Time Warner for years.

The bathroom has a full tub, shower with great water pressure, brand-new toilet, sink, and a full-size frosted window.

You'd be living with me, a female cinematographer in my mid-thirties. I work odd hours sometimes in non-pandemic times, and sometimes from home, but I'm pretty quiet when I'm home. These days, I'm working in Los Angeles at least half the time, so you'd have a lot of privacy. I'm clean and responsible but pretty laid-back too. I don't smoke anything and the landlord requires someone who wouldn't smoke or even vape in the house.

The neighborhood is super-safe and super-fun Williamsburg proper, three blocks from the L train stop at Lorimer. Great Mexican restaurants, sushi spots, bagel places, coffee shops, beer gardens, wine bars, everything you could want!

Rent is $1650 per month (not including electric, gas, or internet).
