I’m currently having a small room available in a 2 bedrooms apartment in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The price is included electricity , cooking gas, hot water, and a high speed Internet.

Availability to move in July 1st (date is slightly flexible)

Looking for a female roommate who willing to stay for 3-6 months with potentially renew the lease after.

The space is clean, quiet, and definitely in a prime location.

3-5 minutes walk to Wholefoods, Trader Joe’s, Apple Store, Sweetgreen, Equinox, coffee shops , all kind of restaurants and etc.

5 - 7 minutes walk to L train Bedford Avenue station
10 minutes walk to G train Lorimer
12 minutes walk to J, M, Z Marcy Avenue

24 hours grocery store is around .

You are mostly in the middle of everything.

About the building:

- well maintenance pre war building
- 3rd floor walk up
- only 4 apartments per floor
- people who live in the building are mostly professionals, and been living here for 5+ years. (Including me)
- there’s no laundry in the building, but there are couple of laundromats near by and there are also the drop off service (the closest one is 2 blocks away — they are also offered the pick up & delivery service for some extra fees)

- A window AC (when it’s summer)

- A window with natural light. (You will be getting afternoon light)

About me :

I’m a recent graduated in Media Arts, and also working full time so I’m rarely at home . But when I’m home I’d love to listen to music from my vinyls collection, cook some foods, drink some wines, read books. I’m pretty chill.

To move in :

It will be 1 month deposit & 1 month rent & a copy of ID & a background check through the app (which I have done mine already) when signing the sublease.

The rent would be paid through either Zelle or Paypal as a preference way.
