Beautiful double room in Williamsburg

Hi there,

We are looking for a roommate to fill one of the rooms in our beautiful three bedroom two bathroom apartment in Williamsburg.

The apartment has a wonderful back yard which you would have access to from your room and is fitted with modern appliances. Our roommate who is relocating is open to discussing leaving some of her furniture should you want it. Otherwise, it can be left unfurnished should that be your preference. The apartment has a private entrance, basement laundry, a dishwasher, each room as its own A/C heat unit that we can control. You would be sharing a large, updated bathroom with one other roommate.

We are two female professionals Irish and American in our late 20s who work in the city. We both love music, socializing and a clean apartment ;) We both work hybridly and our preference would be someone who is in the same boat.
