The apartment (bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living space) is a separate, self-contained unit on the second floor of a two-story house. Apartment is fully furnished except for your room. Pics include what it looks like when furnished. Fits a queen-sized bed.
The landlady lives on the ground floor with sweet family, very responsive—never worry about a plumbing or electricity problem ever again! Max wait time for me for waiting for repairs, etc., has been 24 hours.
Electricity, internet not included. Internet is $40/month split with me.
